Step 1: Director Identification Number (DIN)
You have to obtain a unique 8-digit number issued by the Companies Act Section 153.
Step 2: Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
This will authenticate all the documents and information provided in the DIN-1 Form.
Step 3: New User Registration on MCA
This is where you can file eForms and pay applicable fees.
Step 4: Filing for Charter Documents
Applicants are required to present Memorandum of Agreement and Articles of Association.
Step 5: Application for Company Name
Proposed company name shall be unique and appropriate with the products or services that the company will provide. You must ready at least 4 alternative company names and should abide the rules under Companies Act, 1950.
